Regulations and Downloads
Applications are accepted from February 1st to March 31st each year. Prospective students should send the following:
a. two copies of the Application Form (with a 2 inch photo attached)
b. a notarized Chinese or English translated copy of the diploma from highest degree earned
c. A Chinese or English transcript. Applicants for undergraduate programs should have a GPA (grade point average) of 2.0 (C) or better, or an average of at least 70% in major subjects. Applicants for graduate programs should have a GPA of 3.0 (B) or better, or an average of at least 75%, in major subjects.
d. Two letters of recommendation (one from a Chinese language professor)
e. Health record (including HIV results)
f. Study plan (including motivations, weaknesses, and future prospects)
g. Affidavit certifying adequate funding to support study in Taiwan
h. Proof of health insurance and accident insurance presented upon enrollment
