Prospective students may send their applications to the Office of Academic Affairs (OAA) of Meiho University between February 1 and March 31 each year with the following documentation:

1. Two copies of  Admissions Application Form  (with 2 inch photo).

2. Certificate of the highest education diploma notarized and stamped by the foreign representative office of the Republic of China (those in languages other than Chinese and English should be translated into Chinese or English and notarized).

3. Transcripts of the highest education diploma notarized and stamped by the foreign representative office of the Republic of China (those in languages other than Chinese and English should be translated into Chinese or English and notarized).

4. Two sealed recommendation letters (in English or Chinese; one should be by a professor of Chinese language and literature).

5. Financial statement notarized and stamped by the foreign representative office of the Republic of China showing sufficient financial support for education and living expenses for study in Taiwan, Republic of China.

6. Proposal or study plan for research culminating in a degree. This should include a statement showing Chinese Language Proficiency as well.

7. Health Record (include HIV examination and immunization records.)

8. Proof of health insurance and accident insurance presented upon enrollment. The school will arrange for insurance for all uninsured student.
